Guys, as you know, I have been twirling around with the idea of a structure training plan to improve mountain riding. I have decided to kick that off. I have been speaking to Jamie Vogele of “Trail Terra” and he is currently putting together a program for me. So I am really really excited about it.
I have got a couple of events lined up which I am really really keen to have a cracker. Certainly, I am not going to break any records but I just want to get out and have a go, ride some new trails, meet some new people and have a hyper fun. First up though, while Jamie is putting a together program, I am trying to get on the bike as often as I can just to get my legs going and gets some more fitness out.
In last couple of days, I haven’t felt all that well so I haven’t been on the bike. And few other commitment away on the weekend and few things with family and that’s the way it goes but I tried. I have a bike in the back of my car, get out and get a ride for the half an hour 3 quarter now, and now whatever it is just to get my keys up, keep my legs turning, and get used to time the saddle.
I am finding the setup of my bike is really good. I am a little bit sore and apart from this saddle and I might have a look at that later on. I might have look at the changing that saddle. It is quite a hard hard saddle. I thought I was getting used to it but even with the couple of days off, still seems to be pretty sore and uncomfortable so seeing how that goes. As I said bike setup is great, just getting use to more time on the bike, spinning the legs, having a great time, getting the fitness up.
Guys grab your bike, get out, and have a ride. It is cooling off now here in autumn. After not so many months ago we had some really really hot days 40 almost 50 degree Celsius, it was a killer. Now, out riding this morning just before, it is about 15 degrees. Guys, it is MAGIC.
