If you don’t like the video or need more instructions, then please keep reading.
Hey guys Rod from Sports Adventure here today, out on the trails. And this is a trail, a man-made trail close to my home and this is a beginner single track.
As you can see by the width of the trail there –
it’s nice hard-packed,
easy to ride on,
good for beginners,
good to get use to a bit of off road and
probably something similar to what you guys may have out and about near your place.
Have a look around talk to a few people talk to you like a club and always stick within your limits and I’m sure you’ll have a ball.
All right guys hope you have a great day….I know I will.
So keep in touch and get out on the trails.

By choosing to ride a bicycle, you assume the responsibility for that risk, so you need to know — and to practice — the rules of safe and responsible riding and of proper use and maintenance. Proper use and maintenance of your bicycle reduces risk of injury.
