Hi guys. Rod here. Guys, I am really excited. I have received a training program from Jamie Vogele of Trail Terra, and I am pumped.
My first day at my training ride today, I am just getting out, spinning the legs about an hour and half two hour ride, and really enjoying.
Guys, it is a beautiful day, clear skies, nice and cool great for ride and lots of things happening around our place now. We have got Ironman Port Macquarie on this weekend in town so plenty of guys around, plenty of bikes – although not too many mountain bikes – and lots of activity; so, heaps of things going on.
As I said, really excited about the training program and I will keep posting and working through that and sharing with you all as I go. Guys grab your bike, have a great day. Enjoy!
