Hey guys Rod here from Sports Adventure I was a bit short on time this morning
Was a little bit wet and a bit overcast so I threw on the joggers cap and running shorts and got out for a quick run.
I find the key to good health is consistency. Lots’ of little bits along the away can do you the world of good.
If you are a bit short on time or can’t get access to your bike for the day do what I’ve done – throw on the joggers, throw on a cap go for a quick jog, walk up the street or find a little bit of bush near your place you haven’t explored for a long time.
Get out about and enjoy the fresh air, birds in the background, and a little splash of rain on your face.
Have a great day guys…I know it will.
So keep in touch and get out on the trails.

Like any sport, bicycling involves risk of injury and damage. By choosing to ride a bicycle, you assume the responsibility for that risk, so you need to know — and to practice — the rules of safe and responsible riding and of proper use and maintenance. Proper use and maintenance of your bicycle reduces risk of injury.
