Hi there Rod from Sports Adventure here again with another quick tip.

When you are adding accessories on your frame such as bottle cage’s in the like, I have found a little bit of light grease just on the screw thread of the bolt that screws through the accessory into your frame, often helps down the line, when you are wanting to remove that item and prevents the bolt from ceasing in the frame.
