I’m honored to have you as part of my men’s health community.

My mission is –

“To help 10,000 Australian men improve their health with mountain biking & good nutrition” has been at home online since mid 2016 and so as you can imagine I have built up a swag of articles & videos on everything I know about mountain biking & Paleo.

As well as a great interview series with  inspirational people from around the world, who share their expert knowledge.
